Census reporting

The College is doing its part to support accurate reporting for the 2020 census, and that includes counting all Lafayette students in its report. Students should not be reported at their home addresses even if they are living at home right now. College employees are urged to participate. An accurate census count is important for determining the appropriate number of seats in the U.S. House of Representatives; fair congressional, state, and local district boundaries; government funding allocations; emergency response planning; government, business, and nonprofit decision making; and more.
