Employee Assistance Program

Managing daily life during the COVID-19 pandemic and coping with stress and anxiety is challenging. The Employee Assistance Program addresses these concerns and others in areas such as emotional well-being, healthy lifestyles, relationships, and legal and financial matters. Free help is available through videos and articles, self-assessments, online counseling, and a confidential hotline staffed 24 hours a day by experienced professionals.


Internet and wireless assistance

A number of internet providers and wireless carriers are offering free and discounted service in response to COVID-19, including Altice/Suddenlink, Comcast, Cox, Service Electric, and Spectrum.


Nonprofits in need

The Landis Center for Community Engagement’s homepage provides information on local nonprofits that have heightened need for food, clothing, and other items; blood donors; and assistance with pantry deliveries and food distribution.
