As President Bylery indicated in her communication, tomorrow you will receive information on many aspects of the transition to remote learning and reduced on-campus operations for the remainder of the semester.

This information will include details about the process for students to schedule their return to campus to move-out of their College housing by April 5. Using a form in MyHousing, you will be able to schedule a three-hour move-out appointment on a specific date to access your room. The check-out process is set up by campus area to ease the flow of traffic through campus and manage the number of people returning to campus each day.

We realize that you may wish to make plans quickly so we have opened a form in MyHousing to permit reservations beginning this afternoon. Please use the Spring 2020 Housing Move-out form in MyHousing to register.

Please be sure to review all of the information included in tomorrow’s message from the College, particularly if you have a circumstance that precludes you from moving out by April 5.

We know this is a stressful and sad time. We are working hard to make your move out and the transition to alternate housing operations go as smoothly as possible.
