Dear Campus Community,

Following the guidance of hospital network practices, Bailey Health Center is requiring appointments and is no longer accepting walk-in visits. This change is being made to mitigate the risk of exposure and transmission of COVID-19 on campus. Please call 610-330-5001 to schedule an appointment.

The health center will schedule appointments from 9 a.m. until noon and 1-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Clinical staff will do a phone assessment of particular health concerns and symptoms, and then make recommendations for care.

Please do not walk into the health center without making an appointment. If it is a medical emergency, call public safety at 610-330-4444.

The health center also is pausing the following services:

  • Driver, occupational, and study abroad physical exams.
  • Allergy injections.
  • Routine vaccinations. Please call the health center about vaccinations you are requesting.
  • Annual “well woman” gynecological appointments. Please be sure to call the health center if you need contraception refill or are having a gynecological or menstrual concern.

I will continue to update the community when important new information becomes available.

Respectfully,

Jeffrey Goldstein, MD
Director of Health Services
