Update (April 13, 2021 at 9:13 p.m.): Following FDA and CDC guidance released this morning, St. Luke’s University Health Network has postponed today’s on-campus vaccinations. They will be rescheduled for early next week using a different brand of vaccine.

Lafayette has partnered with St. Luke’s University Health Network to distribute single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccines on Monday, April 12, and Tuesday, April 13, in Kirby Sports Center. Students have been prioritized but there are currently a few hundred appointments available, mostly on Tuesday. Registration deadline: 5 p.m. on Monday, April 12.

There is a two-step process to register:

2) Create a St. Luke’s MyChart account

Create a St. Luke’s MyChart account* or ensure that you can log in if you have one already. If you’re using a mobile device, you can download the St. Luke’s app. You will not need to provide your social security number to create the account. After confirming you have access, no additional steps are necessary. Please do not proceed past creating a MyChart account. You will not need to fill out the COVID questionnaire.

You can watch a video on how to create a MyChart account.

If you have questions about the vaccine as it relates to your medical condition, please speak with your health care provider before scheduling a vaccine appointment. Read St. Luke’s COVID-19 vaccination information.

Questions about MyChart? Read the FAQ or call 1-866-785-8537, option 5. Due to the high volume of phone calls, there may be a delay.

*During the MyChart registration process, you may receive an error or be asked for an activation code. The code will be supplied via an automated call or email from the Patient Service Desk if an error is received.
